With a few changes, mostly yes.
For example, the post-2013 Hetalia characters such as Czechia, Portugal, Slovakia, the UK brothers, Ireland, Philippines, etc, does not "exist" in Hindranceverse. This is because they did not canonically existed in the series back in 2013 when I started writing the original Hindrance.
If they do "exist" in Hindranceverse, they'll be irrelevant to the storyline.
The story arcs remained the same.
