What is Hindranceverse?

A Hetalia AU of mine featuring APH Belarus as the protagonist. I originally written a fanfic about the AU back in 2013-2015. The original chapters of the said fanfic no longer exist due to its deletion from my free will. I am rewriting the AU.
Will the rewrite being faithful to the original?

With a few changes, mostly yes. For example, the post-2013 Hetalia characters such as Czechia, Portugal, Slovakia, the UK brothers, Ireland, Philippines, etc, does not "exist" in Hindranceverse. This is because they did not canonically existed in the series back in 2013 when I started writing the original Hindrance. If they do "exist" in Hindranceverse, they'll be irrelevant to the storyline. The story arcs remained the same.
Will there be Hetalia OCs?

The only Hetalia OC that exited in the original version of Hindranceverse was my underdeveloped male Mexico OC. He had only appeared in one story arc because he was relevant for the arc at the time. Back then, I did considered to borrow Hetalia OCs for my Hetalia AU such as OC! Philippines, OC! Indonesia, and OC! Singapore since they'd be relevant in the prequel to Hindranceverse. I'm not sure if I'd use Hetalia OCs that aren't mine in the rewrite.
I heard Russia was the antagonist in the original...Will he still be one in the rewrite?

Umm, yeah. About Russia.... Russia was a easy target for me to antagonized because the actual history and relations between Russia and Belarus, which I can't blame myself for writing him as one at the time. According to culture books, Russia did past horrible things to Belarus in real life and I will not sugarcoat history and relations just because Hetalia! Russia is so innocent-looking one and Hetalia! Belarus is the crazy one. However, differnet books and sites says differnet things. So, I'm not sure what I would do with Russia in the rewrite.
