A very cheerful European country with a rich history and cuisine. He likes to eat pasta, cook, and paint pretty pictures. He also loves and flirts with women. Italy relied on Germany for pretty much everything. He is one of the few countries that empathized with Belarus's reasons for her past actions and attempted to befriend her despite his fear of her in the past.
